A survey came from Aribtron, the radio ratings service now owned by Nielsen. The two dollars they included do not make up for not defining “radio” or “TV” nor for having no mention of streaming or podcasts or services like Netflix. This kind of imprecision gives me even less faith in their ratings. We are not in the industry to the point where one can assume radio includes all or certain kinds of online audio, neither in the consumer’s minds, nor in the industry folk’s minds.
